The house is located in the heart of Kirkcudbright with the harbour, shops, café’s, pubs, restaurants and art galleries all a short walk away. It also offers tranquillity on the secluded Millburn Street opposite the park.
The house is on 3 floors and has a delightful sunroom that opens onto a patio and enclosed garden that faces the south west, bringing a bright aspect to the house throughout the year. The house has gas central heating and double glazing throughout. All electricity and heating is included in the price. It is a non-smoking accommodation and unfortunately we do not allow pets.
