The mature enclosed garden offers patio for summer dining, lawn, drying green and secure shed which houses the patio furniture. The shed has ample room for storage of bikes that can easily be taken down the secure side passageway from Millburn Street.
First Floor
Master bedroom offers a king size bed, bedside drawers, and fitted wardrobes. The bedroom window looks onto the park at the front of the house .
The bathroom offers a three piece suite with power shower over bath.
There is also a drying room which houses a tumble dryer, hanging rack and shelving for storage of outdoor gear, sports equipment etc.
Second floor
Narrow stairs lead to the twin bedded room with fitted wardrobe and with view over back garden.
All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. All gas and electricity are provided free of charge.
